Bucky's Locker Room accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, and in new condition merchandise within 30 days of receiving item(s). Refunds must be accompanied by the original packing slip and will be made in the form of the original payment.
Returns: (without packing slip or after 30 days)
Bucky's Locker Room will issue a merchandise credit (applicable to our online store only) or make an exchange if the merchandise is unworn, unwashed, in new condition, and is currently available on our website.
For Exchanges Due To Sizing:
Shipping charges will apply to exchanges due to sizing. The shipping fee is determined by the value of the items that are being returned, not the total value of the original order. This fee will be deducted from the credit card used on your original purchase if a check or money order is not included with the return. We will not be able to send out new items until we receive the full amount to cover shipping.

For defective merchandise or shortages:
Call our customer service department at 608-204-9400 to receive a Return Service Label or report shortages. Claims for shortages or defective merchandise must be made within 7 days of purchase. No refunds will be issued for sale items.
Sale items may only be exchanged or returned for store credit. Sale items returned in store will be issued in-store credit. Sale items returned to our warehouse facility will be issued online store credit.
Refunds will be given within 30 days of receiving merchandise.

Shipping policies and guidelines.
Bucky's Locker Room ships via multiple carriers (UPS, FedEx, and USPS). Most ground packages will be delivered within 2-7 business days of the order being placed. To expedite shipping please see our fees for 2nd Day and Next Day options above.
UPS 2nd Day Air® and UPS Next Day Air® do not deliver on weekends. If you would like your packaged delivered by Friday you must place the order by either choosing UPS 2nd Day Air® by Wednesday before 12:00 noon CST or UPS Next Day Air® by Thursday 12:00 noon CST.
We do ship to Hawaii and Alaska; however additional freight charges will apply. Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska may only be shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air® or UPS Next Day Air®.
At this time, we are unable to offer international shipping.
